Spoonie Life:more hospital visits, another set of medical folks to convince that yes, I know my bloodwork looks good because ur not doing the right testing. Why wait til I crash to act?! Is PREVENTION not a thing? So tired of bias, dismissal & invalidation

In my opinion it's probably your blink rate. There's less screen for your brain to have to comprehend on a phone than on a bigger monitor where we blink less so we can absorb more info off the visual field. Our brains have no idea screens aren't real life. Just my biological 2 cents 🤣

I hope so too! I hope for the best possible outcome you can have! My 1st surgery (spinal fusion) is in December and then I will be having uterine surgery also (it seems one of my ovaries is just shooting out follicles like Custer's Last stand🙄) Fingers crossed🤞🏽 for saved ovaries! 🥚🦸🏽‍♀️

I have a rechargeable wearable fan I got off Temu. It clips to pants & blows up your shirt-Amazing 😂 Get 2, keep 1 charged. I'm 46, peri, w/ multi hormonal imbalances-I'm pretty sure @ this point my body set the internal thermostat to "Match the Temp of the Sun" at all times. 🤣 Good luck! 🤞🏽🍀

Totally agree and we grossly underreacted in 2015. Here we are 10 years later just like the playbook predicted. We need to be more aggressive in our messaging and legal civil actions
