Many things, "too many" as I have been told. Usually, I am taking in everything that is around me — usually information — which could potentially hold value or be of use to either myself or others at some point.

…I appreciate the sentiment, Van Helsing. I did not know that me being "chatty" was socially considered to be a positive thing, at least to you. Truthfully, it came off as more strange or alienating than positive from most others.

I have been asked many times if something is wrong or if I’m feeling alright, as my behavior is "not usually this chatty". It does displease me slightly, but I suppose it doesn’t matter much.

Nothing much of public note has occurred within my life during the past few weeks, besides engaging with the glaringly obvious events regarding Hong Lu and his family.

Beyond that, I simply continue being as I am. It will remain this way for the foreseeable future, as far as I can tell.

While somewhat unlikely to be accepted, it is still a course of action that you are able to take nonetheless, and should seriously be considered if you believe yourself to be suffering both mentally and physically from your restlessness and nightmares.

If you truly believe your condition to be dire, I suggest going to speak with the manager about the possibility of requesting a formal withdrawal from physical altercations for the time being, under the premise of recovery from unhealed previous trauma and/or mental torment.

You may be overexerting yourself unintentionally and attempting to work more than you can realistically handle in a mental state such as yours. Such things can have a drastically negative effect on both your mental and physical health, as well as the general productivity of others around you.
