There's been all this talk of AI threatening the work of voice actors, musicians, and subtitle/caption writers. But a question was raised to me about sound designers/foley artistry and if they've come under any fire from AI. I never thought how SFX works with AI prompts.

Finished up Detroiters so I figured it was a good time to jump into The Chair Company. Tim Robinson somehow doing one of the creepiest moments I've seen and stressing me out with this show 😬.

Awwww, man 😞. Such a legend. Admittedly, his performance as Shang-Tsung is something of a touchstone for me as I'll sometimes channel it when figuring out how to perform characters. Man had a voice and presence.
RIP to the legendary Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa

I finished Death By Lightning and as a Presidential history geek, this was a really fun series to take in as it covers some lesser known figures like James Garfield. A fantastic cast and I did not know going into it that Nick Offerman plays Chester A. Arthur, which delighted me to no end.

-Welcome to NHK - digging the Shibuya-kei vibes here.
