We may not be part of the ICC, but most of Europe is @annmb48.bsky.social. If one or more of them has the spine, they could allow Interpol to pick up the Orange Julius and transport him to the Hague.
The ICC has no jurisdiction over American citizens. Your country withdrew its signature. Concerns were expressed that American servicemen would receive unwarranted scrutiny.
