This would be an excellent book cover.
Not sure if I posted these already.
Posting a flower, hoping everyone stays safe today while out there standing up for rights.
My cats were being cute.
Apparently it's abstract day.
This will be traveling with me to Edmonton. I really love it, and I hope someone else will too.
Amazing, reminds me of New Zealand.
A painting from a while back while I remind everyone that I am a trans artist, and if this changes your experience of the work, it's a reflection of your thoughts as much as it is the context of my creation of art.
Playing with willow weaving and making tools, in this case a dry goods scoop for like dried beans or similar. It was fun to make.
I at first thought this was a painting I did in 2022, by the thumbnail. Nope, it was a recent one. I wonder what place inspired it.
Today's mood as demonstrated by my cat.
Food counts as art, right? Red snapper on curly kale topped with a new to me variety of black tomatoes. From garden (and fish market) to plate.
Still arting at the market. Another non landscape today.
I was painting a house and a kitten from somewhere found me so we got a photo together.
Garden flowers from today. I'm feeling slightly sad, if I could bring flowers to people who are struggling today I would. This is as close as I can get.
I like the depth.

We are outraged and deeply distressed that armed federal agents came onto our campus—making arrests on the very ground where, in 1942, Japanese American families were forced to board buses bound for concentration camps. It was a deliberate act of provocation and intimidation.
Realizing the past few weeks of paintings line up. Maybe this is some place in my memory. Reminds me of up Jumbo.
Perspective means steep hills don't look as good on camera. Isn't the human brain fascinating how we turn lines into indications of depth, height, how mathematics can manipulate our understanding of the world in strange ways?
