in dnd, if a spellcaster spoke only a language that indicated the imperative mood with some kind of particle, would that make them unable to use "command", since it's not possible to form a "one word command"

went 3-1-1 in the (very casual) draft! the loss was against an ad naus combo deck (because i, for some reason, didn't tutor for the force)

some worldbuilding things I'd like to see in starfleet academy:
- a *large* romulan community on earth. i know there's ni'var, but it's been 700y since the supernova and it makes sense some romulans would've settled on federation worlds, and i think there being a billion or so on earth would be cool
