Saw her on Miami Tow and liked the wiggle in her jiggle, I reckon
And yes I’m aware this regime would just ignore any ruling against them and there’s really no recourse if that occurs.
I’ll note that while the US is not a party to the International Criminal Court, it is a party to the ICJ and that particular Court doesn’t really enjoy violations of sovereignty and the killing of non-violent citizens from another signatory to its convention.

Just throwing that out there.
Hey look he can be patronizing and a dumbass at the same time. What skill.
Kinda think he’s the equivalent of a fat orange parrot repeating what the last person he talked to said. His understanding of what he is saying is variable.
Tried to watch. Made it about 15 seconds in and my eyes starting bleeding and I could suddenly levitate naked. Always naked.
Uh sure, I guess.

/Not super sure what you mean
/If you’re talking about something in the video clip, I didn’t watch it
/Ain’t nobody got time for that
And the last horse finally crosses the finish line.

Now you get it.
Looking at the size of his ass, I have some doubts about his sincerity.
Did the peace deal actually last a full minute or are we rounding up?
Ohh. I had forgotten they settled…

Wow. 787.5 million was what they settled for, huh? I hope FOX’s attorneys got paid up front. Usually that kind of settlement comes with a pat on the head and a kiss on the cheek and years of in-patient therapy.
Err…relatively, not relativity
Lawyers other than those representing Alex Jones, at any rate.
Maybe. They would have be really careful how they phrase it. I would say FOX has good lawyers, but I don’t know any lawyers either good or bad who have lost 3/4 of a billion dollars in a single lawsuit…

Although that’s probably not really the lawyers fault with that particular case.
To the point where unless I was absolutely positive that I’d win, I would never recommend pursuing a defamation claim if actual malice is the standard.
Just a note: I’m not super confident that anyone, Soros or not, can meet and overcome the actual malice standard. There have been relativity few cases in the US where the plaintiff prevailed when that is the standard.
Good case meaning something that could defeat a summary judgment motion. Not necessarily a winning case, but one that would make it to a jury decision.
Not sure if that makes sense, but top of my head, that’s what I got.

Long story short: Discovery is the answer to your question. Maybe.
couldn’t get what they needed through a discovery request. Provided there actually is some demonstrable proof of what Soros would theoretically claim and it hasn’t been shredded. (And there’s no way FOX’s lawyers would let them destroy evidence).
Good point. I’ll have to think on that. He would probably need to get quite a bit of information from FOX in discovery. (Like meeting notes or internal memos where they mention Soros). It’d be a fishing expedition but absent a judicial order I don’t see why they (Soros’s lawyers)…
And by all means feel free to disagree with me. As I said before it’s not really my bailiwick,(great word by the way) and it’s been almost 20 years since I did anything regarding slander or libel at all and that was in law school so...
