As a lawyer, I believe in two principles based on Roman law. The first: praesumptio boni viri, the second: in dubio pro reo. Therefore, I believe that as long as there is no final judgment of the court that he is guilty of what they accuse him of, he is INNOCENT. The same principle works for GJ. +
