Since these frames don't have an accompanying narration, I will tell you that the panels with #TheFlash super-speed, and the #ApacheChief / #Giganta chase, were a pain in the butt to put together!

Now that she is hanging out with the Avengers, I would like to see Storm wielding Stormcaster every now and then. Not that she needs its power (the Voice of Sol does not need gadgets), more like a symbol. ☁️🔨⚡

That connection is made at the end of "Last Stand of New Krypton" when Mon-El spreads Brainiac's bottled cities across the galaxy before going into exile again. Jemm allows the Lanothians to restart their civilization in Titan.

Marill, Marill!

Marill is a small, blue, bipedal semi-aquatic rodent Pokémon. It has a nearly spherical shape with a white belly and it has round ears with red insides. These sensitive ears can detect distant sounds. Marill's arms and feet are short and possess no visible digits. There is a blue, bubble-like ball at the tip of its zigzagging black tail. The tail is flexible and configured to stretch, and the ball is full of oil that acts as a buoy to help keep Marill afloat. The ball at the tip of its tail can glow when Marill attacks.

I grew up with those late 70s super friends, the non-white ones. Even though they were bad stereotypes, I liked them, especially Black Vulcan, El Dorado, and Apache Chief.

Marvel Comics' so-called synergy with the movies is a blight.

So is "Mouseman knows, mice have ears."

A story should not take 8 issues, 3 companion minis, 6 one-shots, and a Special to be told. And that story should not end in a set up for the next "event."
