Well, in other words, the party of tax breaks for the wealthy, skyrocketing our national debt, removing benefits from the rest of us, rolling back environmental protections, and blatantly lying. 🤷♂️
I worked at a company that used to be called AiResearch, doing internal design work on executive business jet turbofan engines. It was kind of odd, with Phoenix being kind of a cowboy town and I worked with some British guys who'd come in from Rolls Royce. (1/2)
I'm glad to hear this. My first job out of school was in Phoenix and I started out in an apartment on East Thomas near the Phoenix/Scottsdale border. It was a great job until the company got bought out, but in those days Phoenix seemed Right Wing as hell. 🤷♂️
"The Immigration and Nationality Act states that in order to arrest someone without a warrant, officers must have cause, or reasonable suspicion, to believe that a person is in the U.S. illegally and likely to escape before a warrant can be obtained."
Look, I'm a facts & data guy, the point was people who protest but don't vote aren't really accomplishing anything constructive, and personally, I think it's you who's being judgemental and hostile. 🤷♂️
Ah, but still people have time to march and protest; What a GREAT excuse for 36.1 percent of our voting public not bothering to vote.
Anyway, here in WA State I drop my ballot off at the post office on the way to do some grocery shopping, & then back home I track it online until it's counted. 🤷♂️
And, now let's talk about how he originated "Trickle Down Theory" that skyrockets our national debt with tax breaks to the wealthy; Which has remained a Republican baseline ever since. 🙄
And again with "the media" bit. Most of us have this gray matter between our ears that we can use to evaluate the value of various informational sources. (Hint: Faux News is NOT a good source.) This REALLY isn't that complicated, & I'm DONE with your conspiracy theories. 🙄
Well, I grew up in a Republican household, HATED the dinner time conversations, & never voted AT ALL until Bill Clinton's message of "Change" got my attention. Haven't missed one since
And Monica Lewinsky aside, he's still the ONLY president in recent history to have actually balanced our budget.
Well again, he won in 2016, lost in 2020, and won again in 2024.
I think I'm seeing a pattern here. I voted for both Hillary Clinton and Kamala Harris, but I don't think our country has...let's use the word "matured"...enough yet for a woman president.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean. In our last presidential election 36.2% of elidgible voters didn't, which is more than the 31.6% who voted for Trump and the 30.7% who voted for Harris. 😐
