Midnights had some redeeming songs I loved. TTPD had a solid album of songs in the midst of the double album. But this just feels so off? Like normally the lyrics hit or a solid melody, but I just feel disconnected from most of this album for some reason.
Literally EVERY time a pop girly releases an album and the leaks happen, the internet rips into it. Just how every horror movie lately has been so hyped up and they turn out to be only fine. Internet discourse is exhausting.
I listened to a snippet of the fate of Ophelia, and while I plan to be patient and listen to nothing else till release, I fear this album may be right up my alley.
