Turns out when I'm full of cold, my ADHD medication doesn't work & my brain is full of squirrels. It's so difficult to play that way, I don't know how I ever did it. No wonder life was so stressful

I skipped school a lot. People think atypical teenagers are being different on purpose to be cool. But you're not even cool, you're viewed with suspicion, or even bullied

I'd hide in music stores. Everyone is a musician, so it's chatting on easy mode. I go to them like old fellas go to barber shops

What is a "guitar clinic"? Nobody knows, which means I can choose to believe it's a gig but in between songs the audience can ask me ANY QUESTION THEY LIKE. Some of my favourite past questions:

Never thought I could host my own guitar camp. My ADHD brain will probably never be able to organise anything (it was run by Natasha Koczy, Thomas Leeb & @robbarnaville.bsky.social). But I can trust myself that I'll handle being sociable now, being calm when I'm tired. And look what that's worth.
