My copy arrived in New York today. It looks marvellous. Now I need to dig out my Copplestone Future Wars kit and give them a run out. Thanks, Ioan.
Or in this case, Molinero Ventoso.
Got mine from the Brothers Perry.
It's the Renedra one. Goes together very nicely. I actually skimmed it with spackle after taking this picture to fill in some minor issues and match my other Peninsular buildings. I need to dig out our photos from La Mancha taken years ago for reference.
You're obviously far too young to remember Windy Miller and Camberwick Green. Plenty of old farts, like me, who did, though. It's a nice kit, recommended.
This is Colley's Mill. Do you know who lives here? #spreadthelard
I'm waiting for a Burgundian to send me one as a present.
A friend's uncle was a Polish pilot who joined the RAF. His many exploits included taking down 6 V1s but he was killed in an accident early in 1945. I made my friend a model of his aircraft - custom decals, etc - but this happened and now I have to start again. Army Painter, you know what you did!
Thanks very much.
Apologies if you have already said, but what software is this that you're playing GdA and CoC on? It looks great and might be a solution to living on a different continent to some wargaming friends and in a different state to others. Thanks very much.
Well, it is summertime and the livin' ought to be easy.
Interesting that the same Churchill is on the cover of two of them.
One issue that I've had with Rubicon kits that I've not had with others is that they don't "grip" quite as well as the glue dissolves the surface. I find they need to be held rather longer and they need a bit more care so that the join doesn't "slip". They do ook good when they're done though.
Hello, Mike, might I fill an RN role? (Not First Lord of the Admiralty, though, I annoy enough people already.) Thank you.
Very nicely daubed. The way you did the tufts really sets it off.
You're not the only one.
At least you now have adult supervision.
The internet is forever.
What you say is sooth!
Now, how how on earth could both of these turned up at the same time? Complete mystery. #spreadthelard
Thanks, Bill.
Very nicely done.
