A peeve I have with the legal system is "wishy washy" language. Why can't it be "...policy violates federal..." or "policy does not violate federal..."

Is it because rulings are based on opinions are those can change?

All of the various leaders of the countries around the world have Trump figured out.
Put him situations where etiquette dictates behavior & you can make look a clown, flatter him & you get what your country wants. Show the world what other "successful" presidents have said/done & you piss him off.

All because Trump has committed mortgage fraud (and more), he thinks everyone commits mortgage fraud.
Trump has no moral compass, he "games the system". He's admitted that he "doesn't get" how people can work in government or serve in the military when they could make more in the private sector.
