It's just a different chord sequence, which is to say different harmony. Same melody pitches and same tempo.

She sings the exact same notes that she does in all the similar parts of the song, but the chords underneath her change substantially to make it *sound* like there has been a key change with her singing a variation. But it's not real. I think it's really cool

One musical thing that I've really been liking on the new album is not a key change, but it's something that sounds like a key change. It's the "contract with Real Madrid... spring break" part of Wish List.
