Lin et al. demonstrate that tracking the dynamics of plasma-cfDNA-based copy-number profile abnormality (CPA) score serves as a potential non-invasive biomarker for immunotherapy response in mTNBC, where responders show decreased CPA scores after three cycles of nivolumab.
