Just watched #StarfleetAcademy and ok…it’s not bad. Definitely not Disco. But also, there is something missing.

Great back day + swimming 🏊♀️ I can already tell my body is responding well to this type of cardio. Shooting for 3 times a week for now.
Although I will admit it’s hella uncomfortable getting to the pool when there are so many FIT people around, and there I go looking like a whale.🤣🙃😳 #Fitness

I think a lot of the conversation right now should be centered on "Who are voting for, state by state, for the midterms". The rest, while outraging and downright dangerous, feels like noise. Senate and House needs a clean slate. No Dem should assume they are safe. They havent done anything anyways.

Today’s workout was a HOT MESS. I felt weak AF. But I have finally locked in my baseline. I can now work on adding reps to test my strength. I also did swimming afterwards, which was fun. #Fitness

Late sesh, but we still pulled. 💪 Deadlifts felt solid. Still working on that bottom position because I swear my lower back tries to join the party uninvited. Progress over perfection. #Fitness

Felt really good to be back after nearly a 2 week forced break. I’ve been sick with the flu on and off for a bit now.
Went down in weight to take it easy, but not was challenging nonetheless!! So I’m back at it, just an ugly Potato pretending to lift….😂😂😂 #Fitness
