Last year I was commissioned to make a handmade book of my Jackdaw series for the Bodleian library. I made two books with original cyanotype prints, alongside a typewritten essay. The books are in their permanent collection.

Today's experimental art class at Ards Arts Centre.
Class followed on from last week assembling bits and pieces, but this time wrapping them. Inspired by fibre artist Judith Scott's sculptures, using string, wool, and ribbon, we wrapped objects to change, cacoon and transform them....

Today's class at Ards Ards Centre explored assemblage sculpture. I didn't have to do much, just bring in some collected bits and pieces and let them go. It's always inspiring watching how others think and approach a similar task...
