Went to therapy today and it was actually the first time I cried in therapy. I've just been feeling so shitty lately. So tired with everything going on, trying not to fall behind at work. My dad's dementia is not helping. Might need to start taking a step back from things instead of powering through

Every year I make my own version of a Green bean casserole for thanksgiving. Every year I have to try and remember just how the fuck did I made it because the first year I just winged it.

Personally I say cut the $9 million projected healthcare cost increase from the Transit Police Budget. They don't do anything anyways.
Also this is just another example of why we need universal healthcare.

This is a perfect example of how Rural poor and Urban poor are one in the same. Corporations like Dollar General are looking to take advantage of you and keep you poor. Also shout out to a local Lakewood Lawyer Mark Dann for taking on these cases.

Watching "Death by Lightning" made me cry because Garfield is one of the biggest "what ifs" in American History. If he would have survived America probably would have been a better place.

My mom would be the opposite. I cooked, cleaned, took care of the pets, did yard work, fixed things and organized the house. She basically said she wished I would come back the other day.

Chris Ronayne has a responsibility to the county to bring sustainability to the area and to let the county run GCRTA thrive. If he opposes bus lanes and making transit better, he is not in favor of doing either and is not fit to be county executive.

Fitness Update! I'm the biggest I've ever been muscle wise. Trying to trim down a little so we'll see how that goes. But feeling pretty good overall.
