Hard to see positive points in this lobby-wish list turned into legislative proposal. Weakening of the 2035 and all intermediate targets, not even ambitious targets for corporate fleets. Clear signal that this this Commission isn’t here for the future, it’s to defend the status quo.

Wenn wir die Produktivität und das Wachstum Deutschland vs. den USA vergleichen (was die CxU gerne macht), dann ist ausschliesslich der Tech Sektor der Treiber. Nimmt man den Tech Sektor raus, dann ist Deutschland in beiden Bereichen führend.

Wie soll ein Normalbürger die IP Adresse und Metadata zu den Bilder zur Verfügung stellen ? Das liest sich wie eine reine Schikane.Ich bin froh, dass ich nicht mehr beruflich in die USA muss.
