Also wondering, if for the rest of my life, my pattern will be: get covid, lose fitness, recover, slowly rebuild fitness but only to about 80% of previous, start to enjoy exercise again, get covid, repeat.
So demoralising :(

If I miss a few days, I get my friend to check past answers for me to confirm I haven't missed my hole-in-one moment and therefore no need to switch up! I feel like I'm the only person still using their OG start word.
