En la entrada anterior se mostraba la escena del Panzer I Ausf.B, intentando captar la atmósfera de la Oslo ocupada en 1940, describiendo la escena urbana y el vehículo que circulaba por las calles bajo la sombra de la guerra. En esta entrega nos adentramos en mostrar detalles más cercanos de esta composición, ofreciendo imágenes cercanas de la escena y el vehículo que permiten mostrar elementos con más claridad, a través de este "close‑up".

Ya he completado una nueva fase en la reconstrucción de este legendario caza soviético. Hoy doy un paso más con el Yak‑1 a escala 1/48, una pieza que sigue siendo un verdadero desafío. Tras terminar lo que faltaba, realizar varios repasos y aplicar los retoques finales, la cabina queda finalmente terminada y lista para ser colocada en su posición definitiva.

A menudo, al pensar en la Segunda Guerra Mundial, imaginamos ruinas, escombros y batallas callejeras. Pero la historia, y el modelismo, nos permiten explorar los matices. Por eso, mi nueva viñeta se aleja del caos para centrarse en un momento de tensión y silencio: la ocupación de Oslo en abril de 1940. Esta pieza está inspirada en la Campaña de Noruega (Operación Weserübung).

A veces nos centramos tanto en las ruinas y la destrucción que olvidamos que, incluso en tiempos difíciles, algunas estructuras permanecen en pie. En este caso, el protagonista es el escenario, que ya está listo para ser pintado. Este proyecto es un ejercicio de autoconstrucción de principio a fin. Esta formada por una figura de Alpine y otra de Arto, aprovecho para explicar algunas de las técnicas que utilizo al pintar tanto los rostros como las prendas, especialmente cuando trabajo con colores oscuros.

I'm taking advantage of these hot days to prepare some airbrush bases so I can then proceed with ageing them with a brush. So far, I've applied the base coat to this JSU-152 with AK Real Colors 4BO Green and hand-painted the unit insignia. The next step will be to apply the winter camouflage and some shading effects. More progress soon.

Airbrush base finished and model ready for the most fun part: the weathering. I used Star Decals to represent a model in Norway, a very interesting campaign that is rarely covered by modellers. In my opinion, the initial camouflage is very attractive and suits the Panzer I Ausf. B particularly well. Ready to paint this little gem from TAMIYA（タミヤ）, to which I have made some improvements, some of which were really unnecessary. I have added some resin-printed parts such as tool fasteners, hooks, etc. The hooks are fine because they have small holes, but the tool fasteners are very fragile and brittle and have been a bit of a pain, as I have had to replace them piece by piece and I think they would have been better in FG.

After the KV-1 Gallery, here are some photos of the assembled model prior to painting. You can see that there are several accessories that are not included in the photos of the painted model, but as I mentioned, my original idea was different, and I'm not sure if I'll finish it or not. For now, here are the assembly photos.

After a few days of rest and before showing you new assemblies and pieces, I'd like to show you this model that I finished in 2020, five years ago now, and I don't think I've posted a gallery of it yet. I used it for some processes in my books and kept it to add a figurine, give it some final touches, and show it off as it deserves.
