Beware trying to jump on the data center bandwagon. AI is in a bubble, AI processing requirements are coming down, and plenty of money is already rushing in to fill the demand anyway.

That was just a stray thought, but in his first term when there was a march on the White House, didn't Trump hide in the underground emergency bunker? And also build extra fencing to keep people out?

In addition to having every other personality flaw, Trump's also a panicky coward when threatened.

This is the exact scenario Trump and Netanyahu wanted. In fact it's exactly why Netanyahu helped Qatar prop up Hamas in the first place. If anyone legitimately wants to go after supporters of Hamas, they have to start with Netanyahu.

This goes for all his trade "deals" as well. When economists actually take a close look, either the agreement is misrepresented or it's not legally binding at all.

Trump just gives his advisors the headline, then they have to come up with something that can be sold as that for a news cycle.

I think Farkas has matured, but I don't believe adults can really change all that much.

More likely he knows what he should say to be electable and is smartly sticking to the script. After all, his every action for the past few years has been to position himself to run again.
