In today's environment, it should be a fairly easy task to accomplish:
1 - Beat the drum of a fake election
2 - Call for the overturning of a Dem victory
3 - Red states refuse to certify
4 - Supreme Court decides nothing can be done
5 - Current occupant stays until "something can be figured out"
