Hiya! I'm Lark, and I make art and comics, most notably my webcomic Aww, Feathers! which is a Utah Valley college drama with a diverse cast of furry, scaly, and feathery characters! It's written to be enjoyed by all audiences and has over 250 pages and counting!

As they exit the door, Ine points at Dil and asks, "So, wait... If you're part panther, part peacock, then what's with the...?" He trails off, and Dil says, "What's with what?"

We see a closeup of Ine, who smirks and holds his hands to either side of his head with his fingers spread open.

Then we see a closeup of Dil, who glances to the side at the webbed earfins on the side of his head.

The two start walking down the hallway, and Dil says, "I literally have no idea. Throwback to a previous generation or something." Ine laughs and says, "Of what? Fish-people?" to which Dil replies, "Watch it."

Ine, still holding the picture frame, glances warmly towards Dil who says, "So, the rest is pretty much history. The Attwell's, my real mom and dad, took me back to the States, put me through school, and raised me a member of the Church."

Then Ine and Dil glance up as a voice calls through the bedroom door, "Omelets are ready! Come and get it!" Dil smiles and says, "Ah, just in time!"

I'll never understand comedians who make fun of food allergies… And it's startlingly common. "Oh we're gonna shut the whole school down because someone brought a Snickers bar?!?! Hyuk hyuk hyuk!" Yeah. Cuz you know what's NOT funny? Anaphylactic shock.

Final result. I scribbled that out in literally a couple minutes, and while not perfect, I think it's pretty cute!! JUST DRAW PEOPLE!! PUT DOWN YOUR PHONE AND PICK UP A FRIKKA FRAKKIN PENCIL!! 😡

Saw a video of a bunch of ducklings bouncing on a trampoline and shared it cuz I thought it was cute, only to very quickly learn that it was AI. 🫩 So I immediately sat down and made some ACTUAL art of an adorable bouncy duckling in protest. That's how petty I am! 😤😂

So first up we got Loona. What can I say? Furries love her for a reason. She's cute, she's bad-a, she's got that irresistible combination of "Ugh! I hate everything!" and also "Aww, I'm just an insecure puppy dog. Please love me!" Best character in the show. Hands down. Who's a good girl??

Not only do I appreciate the message that all body types can be beautiful, this is actually a decent drawing reference for them. I might do some quick sketches of these in lieu of Inktober this year since depicting different body types is something I'd like to get better at.

One person says to another, "All men are the same! They just one ONE body type and that's it!" Meanwhile the other smiles while imagining a variety of female anthro characters in a variety of body types inculding bottom heavy, athletic, tall, thicc, muscular, hour glass, slim, short stack, little person, top heavy, average, and other.

The more I learn about the music streaming industry the more I think we should go back to buying individual tracks/albums and supporting artists directly. Am I really happier with thousands of songs than I was with dozens that I would listen to on repeat because I just loved them that much?
