Instead of sending ground troops into American cities, why has no one thought to send in the Fighting Seabees to repave roads, fix bridges and tunnels, modernize airports, build affordable housing, and rejuvenate water treatment facilities?

saw this book on offer at the Allentown Book & Paper Fair last weekend, had a brief chat with the dealer about it (it was in “good” condition, showing it had been often handled and was well read) - I’m sad now that I didn’t break my budget to bring it home, guess I’ll never learn
