I didnt fry anything last night cause i was lazy but with a good cutlet that shit would be sooooo good.

The light pickled red onion i made also did wonders for it.

I am going to develop this further. Maybe make my own blend for the chuntey i had on hand.

Been messin around with a concept i had for a minute yesterday.

Been trying to meld mexican molé and kanazawa curry and did my first trial run last night.

The sweetness from the curry still comes forward before the chocolate and chile does.

Its got that good spice...

The new groove coaster makes me very sad, they removed alot of what made AC GC fun, and replayable by removing adlibs and making charts easier for controller.

That and changing the BGs to BGAs and not the 3D rendered environments.

there should not be any full motion video in a groove coaster bg.
