A 90,000 square foot ballroom is 450 ft x 200 feet. Allow around 20,000 sq. ft. for the food processing areas and if the seating allowance for one person is 50 sq. ft., it will hold 1400 people. How many staff will be required? Will the ballroom be used constantly? Will L2DpTSA use illegals? 🤔
