Diné/Dakota writer living in Portland, Oregon. My 2021 book, Standing Rock, the Bundy Movement, and the American Story of Sacred Lands, was called by Kirkus Reviews " an eye-opening narrative of two standoffs with the U.S. government.”
“Today, we stand to acknowledge the atrocities committed against the Lakota people to continue to heal, to protect, to educate, and most importantly, to ensure that we never forget the Wounded Knee Massacre of 1890,” said Cheyenne River Tribe Chairman Ryman LeBeau.

So after two days of interviews, I wrote this about Thomas King for my paid subscribers. I’ll also be posting the interviews I did with David Cornsilk, Cherokee genealogist, Lianna Constantino of TAAF, and Crystal Semaganis of The Ghost Warrior Society separately.

Another one on the Alleged Pretendian List. What researching that list showed us is that Native people know who the fakes are in their workplaces and professional fields.

Disgusting. Hillsboro is next to Beaverton which is next to Portland. It’s in Washington County and is the most diverse community in the state of Oregon.

I’m writing about this. What do you think? Blanket demonization of Native cultures to make genocide okay? But what about a country led by a man who refuses to feed the hungry (most of whom are children) and denies aid condemning tens of thousands to death?

The original Dem demands were:
1) Permanent ACA subsidies
2) Medicaid funding restored
3) No more blank checks for the regime (rescission)

They dropped Medicaid immediately. Went silent on rescission. Cut back to 1 year of subsidies on Friday. And surrendered today.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

Pretendians have shown themselves to be irredeemable. None has ever apologized or even truly stopped. They are also actively vindictive when revealed to be frauds. They will take out any Native person, family, or even tribe that stands in their way. All to be us. It’s a sickness.
