I sure hope top Dems are in talks with the ICC about recognizing their authority when Dems retake power so they can hand over everyone involved in those murders to be tried at The Hague.

Absolutely agree. And they should bring in experts in game theory/logic/math to "stress test" for every "hole" in the system, much like how tech companies bring in hackers to find the vulnerabilities and put explicit rules/laws in place to prevent the exploits.

We really do. There needs to be a commission made up of like experts on game theory & logic to "game out" every "hole" in our system that bad actors can exploit AND FIX THEM with legislation that leaves no grey area. Do it like how tech companies hire hackers to find the vulnerabilities in systems.
