for the parameter itself, it's just a blendshape where i pulled random vertices out! but theoretically you could use new layers to achieve the effect too!!

the real trick was balancing the physics! tbh i think i can futz with it more but here's where i landed for now

her name is dr isaac gray and she has the unfortunate job of trying to catch runaway cryptids for the government. her success rate is not good 👍
