Given Burnham is probably the only chance in saving the UK from a Reform government...

It's reassuring to see Labour have learnt precisely nothing from the Democats.

Slow fucking clap...

A single, pan European corporate entity would be a big deal for people looking to start businesses this side of the pond, and level the playing field for one big advantage US companies have in terms of access to market

My good friends, for the second time in our history, a British Prime Minister has returned from The United States bringing peace with honour. I believe it is peace for our time

Reddit, once upon of time, was a haven for trolls and paedophiles.

It wasn't something you wanted in your browser history, even if you were just interested in gardening tips or whatever.

They clamped down hard on it and become one of the biggest sites online.

Twitter is learning this in reverse.

Tailwind CSS lays of 75% of it's staff because humans are no longer reading documentation.

Previously, their business model involved advertising and affiliate links on technical docs.

Now people just use LLMs that don't pay for clicks

My hot take for today is sharing reels is like offering someone a cigarette

It's nice but it's not actually very kind. You're asking them to engage with brain damaging bullshit

Friends don't let friends share reels

Maduro has spent 15 years arming regional collectivos to the teeth

In order for the US to "control" Venezuela, drill and mine, they either have to take over the same cartel operation as Maduro, or they have to clear the gangs out by force

..become Orange Maduro, or turn Venezuela into Vietnam

Maybe instead of arguing over who should pay what rate of income tax, we should tax the few hundred people who command half the worlds resources.

I rarely see people working on disinfo putting enough emphasis on the role of industry.

Disinformation is PR. The petrochemical industry has been doing this for decades in traditional media.

Social media is just the latest theatre of operation.

It's not all "rogue" states and politics.

I've spent hundreds of hours watching and learning from Daniel Naroditsky
