Bedias TX No Kings Day 9 people. "Great No Kings Day Protest in Bedias, Texas! Counter protesters across the street had flags, and later added two Trump/Vance yards signs. I went over and introduced myself to those I didn't know, said hello to those I did, and invited all to bring kids to the Library Summer Reading Program. It was all very cordial."

I live in Houston. My last 2 Reps were old & died. W/ that & my asshat Gov I don't have a Rep since March & I won't likely have 1 until 2026.

The House & Senate control are too close and too important.

Among those affect by the gas...Department of Homeland Security also gassed an infant being rescued from a trapped car by a couple. (10/14 @105thST&AveN). Per the video (lawdy there is video), the tear gas canister exploded directly in their path.

Today, DHS threw tear gas at a couple rescuing an infant from a car trapped in stuck traffic caused by DHS crashing a car in an intersection to stage an immigration arrest.

DHS are willfully negligent wrt the safety of Chicago residents.

Yeah. If IL police under Gov Priztger's authority are not provided I'm pretty sure t would win Donald Trump's court case that federal troops under Donald Trump's authority are required instead. Which would be objectively worse.

I'm more so disgusted w/ people in an industry so reliant on export markets voted three times for a person who'd singularly destroy that US market share. They're his base. They could make him to stop but won't. They are willfully blind to their and America's self interest.

The little I understand about trade wars is: 1) They are won outright by the countries that are not in them. And 2) the US being in a trade war against every other country puts us as losing vs China since they are only in one vs us.

I think Mills is a horrible choice for the DSCC.

IDK her. IDK her history as governor.

But if she becomes Senator the 1 thing everyone nationally will know about the new Democratic Senator is she'd start her term at 79 y/o.

That's something everybody hates about the Democratic party.

Yeah. Senator Schumer recruiting a candidate older (she'll be 79-85 y/o if she wins and serves out the term) than Susan Collins seems beyond tone deaf. Even for someone Senator Schumer's age.

Especially for the Senate w/ 6yr terms, incumbency protection, and some refuse to leave until death.
