When I was 21 I worked at a comic book store. After 6 months I went to the owner and said I needed a raise. He asked why. I showed him a spreadsheet of my living expenses and said I needed to find a job that met those reasonable expenses. He gave me the raise. This was 2001. Shit has gone downhill.
