If you watched Yale's Kiley Capstraw play last season, you saw a player who'd lost her confidence.

If you watch her this season, you see someone who's confident in everything she does.

@jennhatfield.bsky.social explores how Capstraw lost her confidence, got it back and is now having a career year.
Yale's Kiley Capstraw isn't just back to her old self. She's better - The IX Basketball
Kiley Capstraw lost her confidence as a junior. But she worked hard this summer to rebuild it and is now having a career year for Yale.

Update: The box score for Columbia's game yesterday against South Dakota State has been revised. The Lions have now been credited with 14 assists. Riley Weiss, Perri Page and Marija Avlijas each had a team-high three. @theixbasketball.bsky.social #NCAAWBB
Fun fact: Columbia is the first #NCAAWBB team this season to score 80 or more points on 5 or fewer assists, per @herhoopstats.com.

They're also just the third team since the start of the 2009-10 season to do all those things, make 8 or more threes, and win the game. @theixbasketball.bsky.social
