Not me, but my sister. Class is studying the Donner Pass. My sister tells the story of the Donner Party. Teacher claims that never happened. My father sent sister to school the next day with an encyclopedia and told her to leave it on the teacher’s desk open to the entry on the Donner Party.

I was 8 when a teacher overhead me talking about watching Chip & Dale. She misheard, and ran up to call me a disgusting, perverted little boy with bad parents.
I went home upset, asking mom what was wrong with mystery-solving chipmunks…
