There is no contractual agreement between voters and politicians, a politician’s “mandate” cannot legitimize unconstitutional actions. The Constitution always supersedes both campaign promises and voter approval.

If algorithms are protecting crypto transactions and algorithms are protecting threats against judges and politicians then why hasn't congress demanded algorithms protect the constitutional privacy rights of Americans that these companies creating this chaos want access to.
