"Shout for #Freedom" - Happy #Heroes #Day to my fellow Jamaicans. Like this Jamaican #Tody, those who came before paved the way for us, with a shout that demanded our right to live free. St. James, #Jamaica.

"Spotting #Game" - The best way to ID a White-winged #Becard is to look for the white #spots on their wings or tail feathers! Northern Range, #Trinidad.

Praying for the best outcome for everyone home...
"Luck in Spades" - The White-throated #spadebill is not an easy bird to find. Small, secretive and a lover of the deep forest shade. Main Ridge, #Tobago.

"Roadside Regular" - Only in #Tobago have I ever seen Trinidad #motmots content to relax by the roadside regularly. Les Coteaux, Tobago.

"Going Native" - When in Tobago, the Blue-backed #manakin is one of several must-see birds. This bird has a tag but it was illegible in the low forest light. Main Ridge, #Tobago.

Yes the cuckoo family is quite big!
Correct - in Trinidad & Tobago they get this and another called the Dark-billed cuckoo as rare migrants. One other that hasn't been seen in donkey years - Black-billed cuckoo.
From North America to the South. Yes love their tails!
"Going #Cuckoo" - It was great to finally see this #migrant cuckoo species after years of looking and hoping - the Yellow-billed cuckoo. Bon Accord, #Tobago.

I don't think so, no. They are mainly found over the mainlands - central and south America
"Not A Common Sight" - The Stripe-breasted #spinetail is a natural #skulker. More easily seen in Tobago (but still not easy to see), in Trinidad it's hard work to see. Morne Bleu, #Trinidad.

"Pop Your Collar" - White-collared #swifts are the largest swift species in the skies here and much of the Americas. You can't miss that white #collar as it stands out. Northern Range, #Trinidad.
