Detroit Lions, NFL Draft, prog metal, Cavs and college hoops and volleyball, probably in that order. Let's go 🤘

The Lions made some roster moves on Tuesday, including waiving S Loren Strickland and signing three to the practice squad. The new guy was a popular fan request over the last few weeks too

We're getting better about it as a fan base, thankfully

Preemptive "Hell the fuck no" on Chauncey Gardner-Johnson coming back to Detroit

I saw this firsthand with the Browns and Baker Mayfield. Cleveland's mistake then (among many) was not firing Hue before they drafted after the winless season.

The need for head coaches of bad teams to win right away to keep their jobs is counterproductive to the process of developing a young QB.

Oh dear god yes please.
Sadly I don't want to drive 50 minutes to Kalamazoo to get it and that's the closest one

Honestly I'm fairly nonplussed by the loss. It wasn't the Lions best effort, but they still had chances to win against a KC team that woke the hell up and played like they needed it more--which they did. Onto the next one...Lions still as good as anyone, just weren't that way tonight.

I'm with you, it's beyond time for it to stop

Dan Campbell on Brian Branch's end-of-game slap: 'What he did was inexcusable'

Campbell had some strong words directed at the Lions' truculent safety

Looked like nobody on the Lions defense followed Brown. Jack Campbell took the deeper option, Kerby was way too far behind the play.

That was a good call against Hutch, unfortunately

Sam LaPorta, wow! What a catch

Love the insde screens to Montgomery, gets him a head of steam and allows the downfield blocking to set up

This Lions drive is what they got away from a little--intermediate passes, quick reads, stressing the LBs and safeties.

Lions had Hallett on Kelce there instead of Branch, who you would think would be preferred. Branch has been very quiet and hard to spot tonight--he's playing hurt.

Don't like how the Lions are trying to nibble horizontally on offense here. 3rd-and-long and the quick swing to Jamo is not a good call, blocks don't have time to set up

Lions 4th down miss was not in the red zone, my fingers typed that wrong

Halftime box score. Of note: Chiefs were 0-3 on third down but 2-3 on 4th. Lions went 0-1 on 4th and it was in the red zone
