Recovery has a way of slowing everything down—even when your mind’s racing to move forward. This hernia surgery gave me no choice but to hit pause, and honestly… it’s been tough. I miss performing. I miss the movement. But I’m learning that stillness can be part of the process too.

Had an amazing day yesterday. Started with my hosting duties on 991plrfm and had me up in Mystic for a solo journey to reflect on some life things! I am proud of who I am! Just got to keep pushing! Working on an article for my site today that will cover this trip and my musician life till now 😀
