It is an odd format that still works with the main issues being spaghetti coding. Hate it or love it. Sometimes, it does have hidden gems. I've been there since 2019, and it's still a messy mess as it is.

Honestly, I preferred the old version of CCC, which was simpler.

CCC is still buggy with the viewership and who's looking at accounts, but I love pointing this out. This all started at the same time when the creator of CCC started posting his big project that he was working on and wanted a narrator. Then people called him out for using AI art.

Same here. Finding opportunities for bigger projects and trying to stand out is overall hard. Even competing with people who have largely bigger numbers and overall more recognition. Even if they are good, they will compare numbers and be tunnel visioned.

It is demotivating to see.

It sucks that you need a bigger following count to be even considered into voice acting jobs rather than looking for quality voice acting. I bet you there is a lot, and I do mean A LOT of new gen voice actors that are waaay better picks than bigger and recognizable names.
