So today's seems to be the day the NES was first sold very locally in New York 40 years ago - Nintendo changed look and image of the japanese Famicom to convince american vendors to the console a chance. In the next years, this console utterly dominated the US-market, it's legacy still felt today!
It's my NES-console. And yes, I know it's the EU-model. But apart from the writing, it looks the same as the slightly older US-system.
