spent my day replacing my work car's fuel pump, cleaning the gas tank, replacing the filler neck, replacing the fuel filter, and changing the oil

it took me eight hours. but i probably saved $1.5k doing it myself, so it's impossible to say whether it was a good use of my day off or not

nvm i double-checked. the insurance site had a link to the 2026 plan, but they just linked the 2025 plan again. also doing a little bit more research it sounds like federal health insurance plans are outright forbidden from covering this anymore, so like. lol.

next year's usps health insurance plans are starting to come out. despite no long being required to, some of them are still covering gender affirming care, even surgeries. i wasn't sure if any of them would and have been stressing about it
