All of this. I still think it is likely the Trump administration orchestrated this. He expected violent riots from Americans when he deployed them and he didn't get that.
Everyone is looking for someone to blame for the DC National Guard shooting. Instead of that wasted energy, we should be asking the question nobody is asking, how did the shooter get his guns? What can we do as a country to make gun violence less likely?
