Alignment of an airliner with the #Supermoon over #Toronto today.

Taken 20-25 km from the plane, likely on the East side of Toronto. Apparent size of the moon will have been in the 200-250 meters.

Picture is take about 21 km (13 miles) from the CN Tower. The atmospherics were terrible but it does show you how big the moon was (apparent size 200+ meters).

Fall colors Rorschach test...

I took this beautiful shot of trees reflected onto a lake, but it was boring. Cropping and rotating it 90 degrees made it far more interesting and a bit disturbing.

Another shot of the #SuperMoon over #Toronto tonight taken 21km (13 miles) from the CN Tower, so the apparent Moon size was about 200m (650 ft)! I love the way the shadow of the building looks from the light of the Moon.

#SuperMoon over #Toronto tonight. Shot was taken 21km (13 miles) from the CN Tower, so the apparent Moon size was about 200m (650 ft)! Unfortunately, the clouds were low enough that I couldn't get an alignment shot with the CN Tower.

These are two of the goblins from #Goblins:Oedipus in #Stratford, Ontario today. And the play was fun and excellent. If you saw Goblins:MacBeth, this one is slightly better!

I added the pixelation to make it less graphic....

A composite #Moonrise over #Toronto last Wednesday. The Moon is shown over about a 15 minute span with almost 3 minutes between each copy of the Moon. I found it interesting for the color shifted during the rise.

#Sunrise over #CedarPoint Amusement Park from Sandusky Bay (Ohio). Unfortunately it was very humid and it was difficult to get a clearer shot. This was also shot with a wider angle lens than I had planned. I expected no Sun so I put my long lens away...

While in Barcelona I saw some paintings by Guillermo Lorca at the Moco that were both fascinating and disturbing as in this image from a postcard I bought. This picture wasn't shown, but I did go back to the exhibit several times in my stay. The tension there....
