The best part is the "developing world" part of the country viciously hates the "developed" part of the country and seeks to drag us all back. "We can all be poorer, less educated, sicker and die younger. And if you don't like that we'll kill you." And 70+ million vote for it.

Private charity will never, can never, provide the services a society needs. Government services paid for by taxes are the only effective way to provide for universally necessary goods like healthcare, housing and food assistance for the poor.
And, most of the money does not go to bureaucracy.

Most Americans, even most of the Americans that voted for the fascism, don't like the fascism. But a whole lot of Americans love the stupid and dangerous stuff Trump's cabinet is doing. RFK Jr keeps a contingent of the stupid voting for the fascism that will harm them.

Defeating a conventional military and "winning a war" are not the same thing. The US Military can defeat any other conventional military. The US has trouble "winning wars." No one in the Trump administration can tell the difference between the two.

We need a legal framework to deal with driverless cars, before they are allowed on the streets. That ticket needs somewhere to go. No one should be "stumped" and if they are the driverless cars need to pause while it gets sorted out.
