As I reported last night, VPD recommended charge of escaping lawful custody—but BC Prosecution Service didn’t approve it.

A second nearby public beach access was allowed to deteriorate so badly it’s been closed for years.

Global BC’s investigative team has learned details of a 9-month RCMP/Abbotsford Police Department probe which deemed the allegation ‘baseless’.

She had been out on day parole.
