New cooking fail. Wanted to make bulgogi flavored beef jerky. Got through slicing, marinading just fine. Went to do the bring to 160F step for safety, but instead of laying out the slices on a rack, I put the marinaded beef in a pan.

I think it’s about time to cancel my Lightroom subscription. The iPhone and built-in editing software are good enough for most of my needs.

There’s plenty of disinformation trying to blame the nascent offshore wind industry for whale deaths without evidence. Not only is that misleading, it also takes the focus away from solutions that might actually address the leading causes of death — vessel strikes and entanglement with fishing gear.
