I love my family. I am also sick with an uncontrollable mental illness. I have two halves of me, and I joke that it's like the "two wolves" meme, but it really is. It makes me a bit sad knowing that this is all because I (and frankly the rest of my family as well) have been bottling up all our emotions to try and maintain a sense of "normalcy" within family, but it has been to all of our detriment.

With communicating in letters, it seems this is resolved...

My family and I have been sending letters to each other. Actual page documents to each other.

And I think this has been the most we have been at peace/accord with each other in a very long time.

None of us can talk, but it seems we can all write, and we can write our thoughts to each other.

Life is proving difficult… my instability is in full display now for my family. I wish I could just not be as mentally sick as I usually am. I’m trying to keep everything together, and it just feels worse and worse.

Trying to draw, but even that seems difficult… I am tired all the time…
