3/ My advice to whoever is feeling depressed, or anger about not being enough:

don’t fight it, but don’t give in. Do things that will make you calm like a nap, and when you have spikes of anger, and want to do something bad, do something productive with it. Love you all and take your time ❤️

2/ My anxiety, thoughts and previous struggles showed up at some times, which made some things difficult to process.

To one event, i got chaotically overwhelmed and it made me question who I was, and whether I matter… I had problems beforehand but this made me lose a lot of progress…

Wanted to write my thoughts about my first DW:

On most days it’s been really good! Met friends and hugs lots, had the best chill room party, get to hang out with loved ones, eat lots of food, and danced at the end!
